My Story

From pain to strength.

After my dad passed away, I struggled with severe eating issues. My body felt like a stranger.

I know the feeling of looking in the mirror and not recognising yourself. The thought that something is wrong with you. The fear of food, of your own body, of taking up space.

Strength training brought me back – step by step, rep by rep. Today I've gained 15 kilograms in a healthy way: with muscle, with structure, with a body I feel at home in again.

That's the path I want to walk with you. No crash diets, no empty promises – just real knowledge, honest guidance, and a plan that fits your life.

Frequently asked

Before you book.

Will strength training make me too bulky?

No. Women naturally produce far less testosterone than men. Strength training gives you a defined, shaped figure – not a "bodybuilder look", unless you deliberately go for it.

I've never trained before. Is that a problem?

Quite the opposite – with no old habits to unlearn, you'll learn technique and structure the right way from day one. We start exactly where you are.

How does online coaching actually work?

You get an individual training and nutrition plan, we have weekly check-ins, you send me technique videos, and we stay in touch via WhatsApp. You train on your own at the gym or at home – with clear structure.

What does a coaching package cost?

Prices depend on the package and duration. In the free 15-minute intro call we'll figure out what fits you and what it costs – no sales pressure.

Do I get a nutrition plan too?

I don't make rigid meal plans. Instead we build a nutrition strategy that fits your life – including recipes, shopping lists and support around difficult eating patterns.

Can I train during my period?

Yes – and I actually recommend it. We adjust intensity and exercises to your cycle, instead of training against it. That's part of proper coaching.

How long do I have to commit?

Packages start at one month. For real, lasting change I recommend at least 3 months – muscle building and new habits take time.
